  • Setting up bookkeeping and payroll for the growing business

  • Provide tax advice on further company formations and investments
  • Create a holding structure and support the subsequent sale of the businesses

The solution How EGIDO addressed the challenge

Supporting the start-up and growth

EGIDO advised the clients during the start-up phase and supported their subsequent business development. This also included ongoing advice on investments, including in the vehicle fleet.

Setting up digital bookkeeping

EGIDO set up and managed the digital bookkeeping. DATEV Unternehmen online was used to exchange documents, while invoices were issued through Zwoove.

Managing payroll for around 150 employees

As the workforce grew, EGIDO set up digital payroll and managed the ongoing payroll processing for around 150 employees. Zwoove transferred employee master data and payroll transaction data to DATEV. EGIDO also handled pension insurance audits.
