If you spend your day labeling paper receipts with account numbers (so-called pre-accounting) and then typing them (booking), then it probably is. That's why we don't have such tasks. We want to give every colleague a task that provides added value to their environment.
We work digitally, partly with document recognition (OCR technology) or with self-booking systems and the integration of interfaces.
This ensures that every action leads to added value and you have a fulfilling workday.Furthermore, every colleague receives responsibility from the start, can engage in processes and projects and drive them forward.
