  • We are a young company and our processes and departments are in development. 
    With great ideas, creativity, and ambition, you can shape the company and thus your job yourself.

  • It depends on how you perform the job. 

    If you spend your day labeling paper receipts with account numbers (so-called pre-accounting) and then typing them (booking), then it probably is. That's why we don't have such tasks. We want to give every colleague a task that provides added value to their environment. 

    We work digitally, partly with document recognition (OCR technology) or with self-booking systems and the integration of interfaces. 
    This ensures that every action leads to added value and you have a fulfilling workday.

    Furthermore, every colleague receives responsibility from the start, can engage in processes and projects and drive them forward. Through training and exchange with partners, we also continuously learn new things, making the job overall quite exciting :-)

  • We do not monitor your working hours because we are interested in your work results, not when, where, and at what time you achieved them. 

    Of course, our clients must be satisfied and deadlines met, but otherwise, you can manage your time freely.

  • Yes, every employee receives a personal tablet and headset at the start of their employment, which can be used in the office or from home. Additionally, each colleague receives a docking station, a Samsung curved monitor, another monitor, as well as a keyboard and mouse for home use. 

    We want to enable our colleagues to have the highest possible flexibility and see it as our responsibility to create the framework for good work performance.
