We record your documents to the agreed extent and clarify open questions about individual business transactions with you. This creates an organized basis for your reports and tax tasks.
Accounting and Tax Consulting for Your Company
Careful accounting lays the foundation for meaningful reports, annual financial statements, and tax consulting. Tailored to your internal processes, EGIDO supports you with the agreed tasks.
-
Clearly divide accounting tasks
-
Understand income, expenses, and results
-
Use figures as a basis for tax decisions
What Your Accounting Does for Tax Consulting
In accounting, your documents are recorded and business transactions are assigned. This results in reports that show how your company is developing economically. The accounting data also forms the basis for the annual financial statement and tax returns.
For tax consulting, these figures provide important information – for example, to estimate the expected tax burden or to assess planned investments.
Ongoing Accounting and Understandable Reports
Reports such as the business performance report (BWA) and the trial balance arise from accounting. We explain the results to you and discuss what they mean for your company.
Additional Services by Agreement
The calculation of wages and salaries and the associated reports form a separate service area.
At the end of the fiscal year, the accounting data is consolidated and supplemented with the necessary closing work.
The tax-relevant information is prepared and transferred to the respective tax returns.
Do It Yourself or Delegate Accounting?
How much you take on yourself depends on your knowledge, your time, and internal processes. These three models mainly differ in task distribution.
| Comparison | In-House Bookkeeping | In-House Bookkeeping with Regular Review | Delegate Ongoing Accounting |
|---|---|---|---|
| Task Distribution | You record and post your business transactions yourself. | You handle your own bookkeeping. The firm reviews your accounting to the agreed extent and clarifies corrections with you. | The firm takes over the day-to-day bookkeeping based on your documents. |
| Your Effort | High: Prepare documents, post transactions, and check accounting entries. | Still regular bookkeeping work, supplemented by reconciliations and corrections. | Less bookkeeping work: You provide documents and answer follow-up questions. |
| Requirements | Accounting knowledge, suitable software, and sufficient time. | Accounting knowledge as well as agreed review dates and a shared data access or exchange. | Complete documents, fixed handover dates, and clear responsibilities. |
| Limits | You must recognize and clarify technical questions and errors yourself. | The review does not replace ongoing processing. Its scope and rhythm must be clearly agreed. | Your cooperation remains necessary: Missing documents and unclear business transactions must be supplemented or explained by you. |
Payroll accounting, annual financial statement, and tax returns must be agreed separately in all three models.

We review the documents and inquire if documents or information are missing. You supplement the required information.
After Clarifying Follow-Up Questions: Complete the Bookkeeping
We post the accounting entries and create the agreed monthly reports.
Subsequently: Receive and Discuss Reports
We provide you with the reports digitally. At the agreed time, we explain the results and clarify your questions.
Example Process
The actual dates depend on the scope of services, the completeness of your documents, and the legal deadlines to be met.
