Hamburg Family-Friendly Business Seal

Work and family life need to fit together. The Hamburg Family-Friendly Business Seal recognised small and medium-sized businesses that supported their employees through family-conscious employment practices.

The award comes from the Hamburg Alliance for Families, a partnership between the city’s Senate, Chamber of Commerce and Chamber of Crafts. It was based on an assessment of measures actually used in the business. For us, this starts with an attitude: seeing the person behind the role, taking different circumstances seriously and finding workable solutions together.
